A DESCRIPTION OF A PICTURE

1. Read the desciption of the picture "Family". Then complete the chart below with nouns and the adjectives describing them.



In this picture, we can see a party. The people are having fun. A man with short grey hair is dancing with a woman. She's got a nice blue hat and a long blue coat. A happy young woman is helping an old woman. Can you see the boy at the front of the picture? He's got a funny green balloon on his head, and he's holding a cute little dog.

4. Write a description of a picture. Before you write, complete a chart with the people and things you see in the picture Picnic. Then add adjectives to describe each one. Then, use the writing model and the information in your chart to write about the picture Picnic.
